Conditions & Actions Required to Restore Consent
We are withdrawing consent not to destroy society, but to force repair.
Participation resumes only when the following demands are publicly acknowledged, legally enacted, & actively implemented.
These are not ideological preferences.
They are baseline moral conditions for legitimacy.
Independent Administration,
Execution & Oversight
All conditions listed herein must be administered, executed, verified, and audited by an independent authority that is structurally, operationally, and financially separate from the current executive administration and its appointees.
No sitting administration, agency leadership, or political appointee whose actions are subject to review under these conditions may oversee, control, delay, or self-certify compliance.
Independent Oversight & Implementation Authority
An Independent Oversight & Implementation Authority shall be constituted immediately for the sole purpose of:

Reporting progress, failures, and findings directly to the public
This authority shall operate under the following constraints:
Independence
Members may not be current executive officials, political appointees, campaign staff, or individuals under investigation related to these conditions.
Subpoena & Enforcement Power
The authority must possess legally binding subpoena power and enforcement mechanisms sufficient to compel testimony, preserve evidence, and prevent obstruction.
Transparency by Default
All actions, findings, timelines, and methodologies must be publicly disclosed, except where narrowly limited to protect immediate safety or due process.

No Self-Policing
No agency, official, or institution may audit or certify its own compliance.
Disputes between agencies, branches of government, or political actors do not pause or negate compliance.
Responsibility for execution rests solely with the Independent Oversight & Implementation Authority.
Failure to comply constitutes noncompliance — not disagreement.
This Framework does not predetermine guilt, outcomes, or penalties.
It establishes process requirements, standards of evidence, & public accountability mechanisms through which lawful determinations are made.

Allegations of election interference, coercion, or unlawful access to ballots or election infrastructure — regardless of source — must be investigated through independent, transparent, and legally binding processes.
Condition 1
Immediate Protections During the Action
Protection from Economic & Physical Retaliation.
During the action period - New bills, penalties, evictions, interest accrual, & enforcement actions are paused.
For withdrawal of consent, participating in peaceful protest, or labor refusal, no person may lose:

Foreclosures, evictions, utility shutoffs, wage garnishments, student loan enforcement, & non-emergency debt collection are suspended during the action period.
Protection of Essential Workers

Participation by essential workers is voluntary.

Essential workers must receive protected voting time, labor protections, and uninterrupted pay.

Suspension of Active Harm
Military, Immigration & Tariff Cessation & Reset
Military Cessation
No new military action may occur without transparent public review & lawful authorization through constitutionally established processes, subject to transparent public disclosure & oversight.
Require immediate initiation of lawful actions to halt ongoing military escalation, including stand-down orders, funding pauses, & public confirmation by civilian & military leadership.
Cessation must include:

Immigration Enforcement Reset
Require the immediate initiation of lawful processes to suspend ICE operations under emergency, discretionary, or crisis-based authorities, pending statutory review, dissolution, or replacement through constitutional process.
Immediate release of ICE detainees not subject to criminal conviction, following expedited review and confirmation.
Adoption of a transparent, humane, publicly accountable immigration system aligned with the Moral Framework.
No secret detentions, raids, or enforcement actions.
Immediate Suspension of Tariffs
Tariffs are hurting our personal finances, our economy & our global relationships. Require the immediate initiation of lawful processes to suspend existing tariffs, confirmed by published executive or agency action. Economic harm to civilians may not be used as political leverage.
All actions must be publicly disclosed & subject to oversight.
Condition 3
Restoration of Essential Government Services
Existing systems remain active until lawful replacements are implemented.
Immediate reinstatement of services affecting:

Accountability for Constitutional Violations
We are accountable for our actions & so is the government
Immediate investigation & prosecution of officials who:

Prosecution shall occur under domestic

Truth, Transparency, & Accountability - Immediately
People have the right to know who is exercising power over their lives & under what authority.
No one may be governed by hidden authority or undisclosed systems.
This does not require exposing sensitive operations — only honesty about power.
Governments must disclose:

What powers law enforcement & agencies currently hold

Whether surveillance, data collection, or automated systems affect decisions

Require the immediate initiation of lawful suspension processes, consistent with constitutional mechanisms, for the Trump Administration & all officials appointed by it, pending independent investigation & adjudication.

Immediate, independent investigation into the actions of the Trump Administration & its appointees, including:

This investigation must include any private individuals or contractors granted government access, including Elon Musk & affiliated entities, where such access occurred as reflected in public reporting or official records.
Immediate Investigation
Immediate investigation into the 2024 election, including:

A transparent, independent, real-time review

Public access to findings

Clear, time-bound conclusions

Prosecution of any individual found to have violated election law
Immediate investigation into the Supreme Court for:

Any justice found to have committed criminal acts must be removed through lawful process and prosecuted accordingly.
New Election
Require the initiation of lawful processes to schedule new elections, with publicly stated target timelines proposed as:

All seats are included within the scope of review & potential re-election regardless of tenure.

Corruption, Hate Groups, & Profiteering Investigations
Investigation & Prosecution
Immediate, independent investigation & prosecution of officials who:

Participated in or supported organized hate groups

Profited personally from public office
-
Engaged in criminal conduct

Enabled violations of law or court orders

Transparency in the Epstein–Maxwell Case
The People Deserve to Know Harm Has Been Done
Full disclosure is not optional.
The public release of Epstein-Maxwell records does not constitute transparency if names are redacted, euphemized, minimized or withheld under claims of embarrassment, political sensitivity, or reputational harm.
The United States Government is required to:
Immediate public release of all Epstein-related records not lawfully sealed for victim protection unless otherwise granted exception by the victim themselves.
Publicly identify all individuals - including elected officials, government employees, donors, contractors, law enforcement, intelligence personnel, and private citizens - credibly implicated through sworn testimony, documentary evidence, flight logs, financial records, communications, or investigative findings related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Affirm, in writing and under penalty of perjury, whether each named individual is:

Referred for prosecution

Granted immunity

Deemed deceased, incapacitated, or beyond jurisdiction

Or improperly shielded by prior government action
Immediately appoint an independent prosecutor and investigative body with full subpoena power, insulated from the Department of Justice, the Executive Branch, and all current or former political administrations.
Require review and adjustment of custodial classification for Ghislaine Maxwell consistent with federal law, safety standards, sentencing integrity, & due process.
Initiate criminal proceedings without delay where probable cause exists, applying statues related to sexual assault, sex trafficking, child exploitation, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and abuse of office - without statute of limitations, manipulation or retroactive immunity.
Publicly disclose all prior government failures including:

Political pressure or prosecutorial misconduct
Denial of criminality in the presence of evidence constitutes obstruction. Any government assertion that no criminal conduct exists must be accompanies by a public evidentiary justification, subject to independent review and judicial challenge.
Survivors are owed truth, not silence. Protection of abusers whether through delay, denial or dilution constitutes ongoing harm and invalidates any claim of justice or rule of law.
